Well, the people at Melatrol have a proprietary blend of 1,302 mg and only 3 mg of that blend is actual Melatonin. But from reading their website they make it seem as though Melatonin is the only active ingredient in the entire product.

They list several other ingredients as part of the proprietary blend but exact amounts are not given. So what makes up the rest of the 1,302 mg? Beats me. I decided to write customer service to ask them about the exact quantity of the ingredients. I received a response about 5 days later and I was told that they could not tell me the exact amounts of the other ingredients and was just sent the same ingredient information that was on the website. When I take a medicine that is going to make my body do something that is has not been doing, I want to know exactly what I am taking!
